A month in the log house did not feel long enough! The sense of rest and restoration I felt being snowed in for November was serine. I greatly appreciated a place so conducive to slowing down, walk lightly and listening heavily. Attuning to that space shifted my sense of presence in relation to my practice; having the time to indulge lines of curiosity and go down many research rabbit holes was something I needed deeply and am very grateful for.
